President-elect Donald Trump has asked Chinese President Xi Jinping to come to his ceremony when he becomes president next month, but we don’t know if Xi said yes.
Trump’s group is also thinking about asking other leaders, like Hungary’s Prime Minister Viktor OrbΓ‘n. A person helping with the changeover, Karoline Leavitt, said that leaders from around the world want to talk to Trump and hope he can help bring back peace by making America strong again.
It’s interesting to know that no foreign leader has been to a U.S. president-changing event since 1874.
