Starting in 2025, Pornhub will block access for people in Florida because of a new state law that makes it mandatory for adult websites to check the age of their visitors.
If users try to visit the site before the new year, they will get a message saying, “You will not be able to access PornHub in 14 days.”
The law, called HB3, begins on January 1, 2025, and can result in fines of up to $50,000 for not following the rules.
