Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Russia is working with BRICS countries and others to improve artificial intelligence and reduce the influence of the United States.
At a conference about Al, he suggested creating a new group called the Al Alliance Network to encourage worldwide competition and asked scientists from around the world to join.
