Donald Trump promised to use executive orders to remove transgender people from the military and prevent them from being in schools.
During a speech at a young conservatives event in Phoenix, he said he would “end the transgender chaos” on his first day in office. This comes as Republicans plan to oppose LGBTQ rights.
Trump also wants to stop “child sexual mutilation,” keep men out women’s sports, and only recognize two genders: male and female. At the AmericaFest conference, Trump also pledged to tackle “migrant crime,” label drug cartels as foreign terrorist groups, and regain U.S. control over the Panama Canal.
