President Vladimir Putin said Russia could use its new Oreshnik hypersonic missile to target “decision-making centers” in Kyiv if Ukraine uses Western missiles.
Russia has not attacked Ukrainian government buildings during the 33-month conflict. Even though Kyiv has strong air defenses, Putin says the Oreshnik, which was recently launched at a Ukrainian city, cannot be stopped. However, Western analysts are not convinced by this claim.
